Refund & Replacement Policy – Sitenova

At Sitenova.in, we aim to deliver the best quality services in website development, digital marketing, and branding.
We value our clients and always strive for 100% satisfaction. However, since our services involve digital products, design work, and custom development, certain refund and replacement conditions apply.

1. Service-Based Refund Policy

Our services are customized as per each client’s project requirement. Once a project is started and the initial work (like design or development) has begun, refunds are not possible.

However, refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • If the project has not yet been started after payment.

  • If Sitenova fails to deliver the agreed service within the committed timeline and no communication has been made.

  • If there is a duplicate payment due to a technical error.

All approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once work has commenced:

  • Website Design & Development

  • Digital Marketing Campaigns (SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Ads, etc.)

  • Domain, Hosting & Maintenance Services

  • Branding, Logo Design, and Creative Work

  • Any Third-Party Paid Tools or Integrations

3. Project Cancellation Policy

Clients can request project cancellation before the work has started.
Once work begins or any resources are allocated, partial deductions may apply based on the project progress.

4. Replacement or Revisions

If you are not satisfied with the final delivery, we offer free revisions within the project scope to ensure you’re happy with the results.
However, replacement of services (for example, replacing one service with another) is not applicable once the project has started.

5. Third-Party Costs

Payments made to third-party vendors (such as domain registrars, hosting providers, ad platforms, or software tools) are non-refundable, as these are governed by their respective policies.

6. Dispute Resolution

If you face any issue related to our services, please contact us immediately. We’ll review the concern and try to resolve it through mutual understanding and professional discussion.
